Mon: 7:00 - 8:30 pm - Outdoor Track (Ellis Oval)

  • mid-distance/distance: easy run

  • sprints: long speed

Tues: 8:30 - 10:00 am - Outdoor Track (Ellis Oval)

  • mid-distance/distance: workout 

  • sprints: lift/plyo

Thurs: 8:00 - 9:30 am - Outdoor Track (Ellis Oval)

  • mid-distance/distance: easy run

  • sprints: short speeds

Fri: 9:00 - 10:30 am - Outdoor Track (Ellis Oval)

  • mid-distance/distance: workout

  • sprints: technique & events

Sat: 10:00 - 11:30 am - Campus Center - Upper Patio

  • casual/beginner run

All About Practices:

Practices are open to anyone and everyone! Attending all practices is not mandatory - feel free to drop in as it works with your schedule. Our practices will either be an easy run or a workout, so be sure to check the schedule to figure out what type of practice it is!
